At HI Power PC, we stand by the quality of our custom built PCs and components. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return and refund policy within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return – You may return your PC or any component within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase Required – A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase must be provided to process a return.
  • Condition of the Product – Items must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and components included. Products with significant damage, missing parts, or modifications may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of return.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Customized Builds – PCs with custom modifications outside of our standard configurations may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.
  • Physical Damage & Misuse – Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of physical damage, improper installation, or user-inflicted issues such as overclocking failures, liquid damage, or electrical shorts.
  • Software & Digital Products – We do not accept returns for installed software, licenses, or digital goods once they have been activated.

Warranty & Repairs

  • Manufacturer Warranty – All components in our builds are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, and we are happy to assist with warranty claims.
  • HI Power PC Support – If you experience any technical issues within the first 90 days, we provide free troubleshooting and support to help resolve problems before considering a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our support team via email or phone with your order details.
  2. Pack the Product – Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  3. Ship or Drop Off – You may return the item to our Hawaii-based location or ship it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective upon arrival.
  4. Processing Your Refund – Once received, returns are inspected within 3–5 business days, and refunds are processed via the original payment method.
